By accessing our website or purchasing our handcrafted products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

About Us

The House of Savitri — operating under Savitri Pickles — is a registered Indian gourmet brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
All products are handmade in small batches under valid FSSAI and GST registration numbers.

Product Authenticity

Our pickles, sweets, and gourmet offerings are artisanal and made in limited quantities.
Natural variations in colour, texture, and aroma are part of the handcrafted process.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in descriptions and photographs, minor variations may occur.

Orders & Confirmation

Orders placed through our website are confirmed only upon successful payment.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

The product is out of stock,

There is an error in pricing or description, or

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

In such cases, your payment will be refunded in full.

The product is out of stock.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable GST.

Payments are processed securely through CC Avenue, our authorised payment gateway.

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Pay Later options (where available).

Prices, offers, and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

During high-volume periods or public holidays, delivery may take longer.

Shipping is managed via trusted courier partners.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you by email/SMS.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.
However, if a product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs at support@houseofsavitri.com.
Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, photographs, packaging designs, and trademarks featured on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of The House of Savitri.
Reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The House of Savitri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or consumption of products not handled or stored as instructed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
